Rewrite buddhist-frame page: the frame is an arrival, not a constant
The full archive shows the Buddhist vocabulary crystallizing in late
2020 after five years of other idioms (secular self-help 2015-16,
Ecclesiastes/Alan Watts pantheism 2017-18, Stoic-inflected transition
2019) taught by an ex-Church of Christ minister. The page now opens
with that four-stage evolution, keeps the concept sections, and ties
the 2016 disassociation drills and the ex-preacher's moral bookkeeping
into the mature frame. Three early-era representative sources added
(YouTube links; their source notes await the library expansion).
