turns -- celebrated (2016/2018), cautioned (2021), re-embraced
(2026-08-17 Boot Camp, with Joe disputing his own founding timing).
exercise gains the dated exceptions (2017 HIIT dose, 2017 pre-meal
prescription, 2018 resistance argument), the 2019 heavy-starter ramp,
the 180-minus-age ceiling, and the therapeutic-walk history. Six
representative sources added, including the same-day Boot Camp video.
