Fix batch 10 H1 suffixes and complete stage-4 verification
Batch 10's files were missing the " — principles" H1 suffix; appended
and re-registered. Full-corpus check: 378/378 recordings distilled,
disk and database in exact agreement, zero stale provenance, 2,543
bullets total.
