Polish the stats page: dark-footer contrast, times, technical links
The home footer uses the site-footer--dark modifier, which the
Site stats link styling missed — it now renders bright cream with a
gold underline there. Change-log rows show the commit time as well as
the date (UTC, tabular), and the bottom of the log gains a quiet
plain-text pointer to the more technical /versionz and /healthz
endpoints.
