Track principles distillations in videos.db (schema v3)
principles_files table mirrors text_files: one row per distillation,
with text_file_id recording which text rendering (and thus transcript
version) it was derived from. The 108 existing distillations are
registered; the 270 backfilled recordings have none yet.
